Bulka Bag Discharge Frame
Client required a safety solution to allow operator to open Bulka bags safely without being engulfed or entrapped by its contents during discharge
Hydraulic Keeper Pins
Client supplied drawings to fabricate numerous hydraulic pins complete with keeper plate and grease groove
Conveyor Rollers
Sample roller was brought to us to replicate; a design flaw was noticed due to the weight of the roller which wasn't a requirement in their application. A lighter roller was fabricated with the addition of serviceable stub shafts to minimize material wastage and increase serviceability
